What the EndRock website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: only what you send us, no ads, no tracking.

Who we are
EndRock is an independent Minecraft: Java Edition server network. This website is endrock.org. EndRock is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
What we collect
Support and contact messages
When you send a message through the support or contact form we receive your name, email address, your Minecraft username (if you enter one), the category and your message. We use this only to answer your request. It is stored in a private file on our web hosting that is not publicly accessible, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
We reply by email, so your message and our reply are also kept in our email inbox. We keep messages only as long as we need them to deal with your request, and delete them (including email copies) at the latest 12 months after we receive them.
Spam protection
To limit how many messages can be sent, we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address (not the address itself) for about 24 hours after your last message. The form also uses a temporary security cookie (er_support) that is deleted when you close your browser.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard technical information when pages are requested (such as IP address, time, page and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
Server status
The online/offline status shown on the site is checked by our own server. Your browser does not contact any status service. Your browser saves the last result in local storage and reuses it for up to a minute; it contains no personal data.
Fonts
The website's fonts are stored on our own server, so no font service (such as Google Fonts) receives your data.
What we don't do
- No analytics or visitor tracking
- No advertising or ad cookies
- No selling or sharing of your data
Other sites
The Towny Map runs on our Minecraft server and other links (for example Discord) lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the Support page (category: Account). If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Young players
If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us your details.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
