Affiliate Program

Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to everyone in the EndRock Affiliate Program. Version: 5 October 2026.

1. How the program works

  • Registered EndRock players can apply. EndRock staff approve or decline every application.
  • Approved affiliates create one unique promo code. The code is a discount code in the official EndRock store (Tebex). Customers who use it at checkout get the customer discount shown on the Affiliate Program page (currently 10%).
  • For every eligible purchase made with your code you earn a commission (currently 10%) of the amount the customer actually paid after the discount. Example: a €100.00 purchase with a 10% discount costs €90.00, and your commission is €9.00.
  • Only purchases that Tebex confirms as completed count. Visiting your affiliate link alone never earns anything: the code has to be used at checkout.
  • Purchases in the store's currency (EUR) count automatically. Purchases in another currency are converted to EUR by EndRock staff.

2. Pending and available commission

  • Every new commission is pending for a holding period (currently 30 days) so refunds and chargebacks can be handled. After that it becomes available.
  • Refunded and charged-back purchases earn no commission. If a commission was already counted, it is reversed (also after it was paid out; the amount is then deducted from future earnings).
  • Commissions can be held for review when activity looks unusual. Staff review them before they become available.

3. Withdrawals

  • You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches the minimum (currently €30.00). Balances and payouts are in euros (EUR).
  • After requesting, create a support ticket with the subject "Affiliate Withdrawal" and your request ID (WR-…). Staff review the request and pay it manually.
  • Payouts are not automatic. EndRock may ask for the information it needs to send the payment and may decline requests connected to abuse.

4. What is not allowed

  • Spam of any kind (chat, DMs, comments, email, Discord servers).
  • Bots, fake accounts, fake purchases or anything else that manipulates the program.
  • Using your own code for your own purchases (self-referral).
  • Misleading advertising, fake EndRock giveaways or promises EndRock does not make.
  • Impersonating EndRock, EndRock staff or the official store.
  • Phishing links or links that pretend to be endrock.org or the EndRock store.
  • Encouraging chargebacks, refund abuse or fraudulent payments.
  • Abusing Tebex discounts (for example sharing your code where it is not allowed, or combining it in ways the store does not offer).

5. Disclosure

Where the law or the platform you post on requires it, clearly tell your audience that you may earn a commission when they use your code (for example "#ad" or "affiliate code").

6. Suspension and termination

  • EndRock may suspend or terminate affiliates who break these terms. A suspended or terminated code stops giving a discount.
  • Commissions connected to a violation can be reversed. Decisions are made by EndRock staff after a review, not automatically.
  • EndRock may change the percentages, the minimum withdrawal or these terms. Changes do not affect commissions that were already earned.
